Currently our network of independent transcriptionists is able to offer the service in English, French and Spanish. We receive your audio files either as email attachments or through a download from your FTP server. Each project is managed by a custom-designed and built software which allows us to:

 

 

• Send out the audio files one by one to our network of transcriptionists who will then transfer the audio into text, in a telework setting.

• Automatically verify the results to ensure quality control during the transcription process and a second time immediately before delivery.

• Return to the client an actionable file containing the name of the audio files with the attendant text transcribed from each.
