MenuMichel Durocher of ASDE was one of 60 participants attending the Marketing Research Association Great Lakes Chapter’s Fall Conference at the Warwick Allerton Hotel in Chicago on Sept 7-9, 2016. The event was well organized as usual and included insightful speakers from Navigate Research (using research to secure sponsorships for global sports franchises), the Fiskars Corporation (demonstrating case study of research for new product launches), Geometry Global (consulting clients on identifying opportunities to change consumer behaviour), John Deere (recruiting farmers for database), Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago (relying on research to measure and improve customer service to clients), IA Collaborative (finding solutions for their clients by actually living the problem themselves), and the Chicago Tribune Media Group (exploring new avenues with consumers to maintain relevance amid massive turbulence).
